it's nearly to and end...GOOD. This year has been boring since Marcus, Freddy and Sree have been evicted and now I couldnt care less who wins, as long as it isn't David or Rodrigo...

Anyways, I attended Marcus's eviction, it was fun as shit, looking at Davina's gifted backside all night...

Football needs to evolve

Well everyone wants to talk to me about it so i might as well...

This Saturday saw the worst decision by officials this season. For those who havent seen it, here's a vid below:



so...

points of note...

- the ball went in the back of the net..GOAL
- palace players reeled off in celebration..GOAL
- Bristol City players heads dropped and they headed back to centre circle...GOAL

how then does that get given as a goal fucking kick?
who celebrates goal kicks?
who's head drops after WINNING a goal kick?

noone.

Bristol City are a disgrace. Players clearly influencing the refs's decision and playing on = CHEATING.

they all saw what really happened and kept quiet... CHEATING.

So thanks ref, Bristol City and the Football league, for robbing us of 1 or even 3 potential points which will no doubt be the difference between mid table obscurity and a playoff place or safety and a relegation scramble.

As for Bristol City...congratulations on being my new most hated club after Brighton. Looking forward to seeing you all in the away end at Selhurst.

Failed a 250kg deadlift yesterday because of the eternal dilemma sometimes faced by lifters... go 100% and risk embarrassment by soiling yourself, or fail before you end up with dirty stinky shorts.

Thankfully i chose the latter.

But happy to know I had 250kg in me, had i shit myself.

No Compromise

Something that people outside the iron circle don't seem to understand... there is no compromise with the iron.

if your woman tells you to do something you don't want to do, to shut her up, the win-win situation is to compromise.

"i want to see you tonight"
"i can't, i'm training"
*strop*
"ok ok ill cut my session short to see you"

meanwhile...

the weight gets no easier and somewhere, somehow in the iron spectrum, you need to make up for that lost time, because THE IRON DOESN'T GIVE A SHIT. NO EXCUSES. You put in what you get out,

"i wanna do something on thursday"
"i can't, training on friday"
"but that's friday..."
"i don't want to be tired for a big squat sesh"
"ok ok, we'll do something, but i have to leave early"

meanwhile....

stuck in the bottom of the hole, or with the bar at your chest, or stuck below the knee, the iron is telling you it doesn't give a flying shit about your excuses, no compromise.

this has happened to me too much recently. it stops.

no compromise. From anyone. Mon-Fri, from 5:31pm to 8:29am, my wife is the iron, my job is the iron.

Ste's face...

Today was another BBQ day. I came equipped with 2 premium quarter pounders, 4 beef kebabs, bbq chicken drumsticks and a multipack of sprite zero... and about 5 quarter pounders, 6 sausages and no chicken :(

also got a parking ticket...say no more.

far too tired to consider writing an elongated post on the many things i WANT to blog such as big brother, the emergence of dubstep, big breasted women, spotify and plimsoles.

wooooooo braved he muthafuckin rain, severly delayed trains and narcalectic public transport tendancies to hit 175x3 squat in the gym today, an equal PB. Groin hurts a little but I can rest that fine.

I need a car.

Fuck you London Transport. I've had almost enough of your overpriced, never on time, shit service. How about invest some muthfucking money on barriers to stop people killing themselves on the tracks like they do at some train stations eh?

PB for reps on bench today, a nice, easy, well controlled 130x3, with more in the tank it would seem. CBA to go to the gym before my session, but felt amazing after which is only a good thing. Not really got much else to say here...

random thought, if anyone reading this has £1200+ spare, go get yourself an LED TV, those things are the shit...

vid of the day was prob gonna be something Mark Henry related because he was mentioned in the gym today, and he rules HARD but because I've just seen this, I couldn't leave it out. To quote the Friday films... Young man...you just got knocked the fuck out!

Eeek... 1st blog comment...

BBQ's are awesome...

1st notable thing to happen today is Terry's awesome BBQ. All the usuals from the gym (minus Stuart thank fuck) were there and there was plenty of meat. Derek's whole chicken and multiple seasoned lamb chops made my 4 beef burgers look pathetic.

Anyways, it was a good laugh, thank you Terry.

Realised, that I failed to do anything I had planned for today, on account of the meat. My Stone Cold DVD has remained unwatched, as have the extras from the Superstars of the 90s DVD.

Still, If i get a good strong sleep tonight, this should give me a strong footing for training tomorrow. If I am fresh, i will attempt 130x3 for the 3rd time, if not 125x3x1, before my push pull comp.

Not got much else to add other than my vid of the day, which will be a vid that I randomly come across on youtube...
